2017 Surplus Property Request for Proposals
The Township of South Stormont will be releasing a Request for Proposals in 2017 to sell up to 9 surplus properties located throughout the Township. Ingleside Industrial Park
The Ingleside Industrial Park is located on Industrial Drive, Ingleside just west of Dickinson Drive. It is within a stone’s throw of Highway 401 and easily accessed from Industrial Drive. It is presently zoned General Industrial and therefore provides a considerable number of options from manufacturing to warehousing.
The Township has 112.42 acres of land available in the Ingleside Industrial Park which has been pre-qualified under the Ontario Certified Site Program. Surveying, archaeological and environmental studies have already been completed and are available for potential investors. The following sell sheet includes additional details on the site.

East Industrial Park; County Road 2
The East Industrial Park is located along County Road 2 just 10 minutes west of the City of Cornwall and only five minutes away from Highway 401. This area is an emerging industrial park and is ideal for a variety of manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, and office uses. The allowed uses for the lot are vast as the properties are zoned General Industrial (MM).
Both of the Township’s key industrial areas have access to the main Canadian National Railway corridor, serving the Toronto/Montreal markets.
