HWY 138 Operational and Safety Improvements

Highway 138

The Ministry of Transportation, Ontario (MTO) is undertaking a Preliminary Design and Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for operational and safety improvements to approximately 35 km of Highway 138 between Highway 401 and Highway 417 in the City of Cornwall and the Townships of South Stormont and North Stormont.

Stantec Consulting Limited (Stantec) was retained by the MTO to complete the Preliminary Design and Class EA Study for this assignment

Please contribute your thoughts regarding Highway 138 by completing Stantec's study available as of June 15th, 2016.

There will also be a Public Information Centre, where you can provide comments to the project team. It will be held Wednesday, June 15th at the Cornwall Township Lions Club 17413 McPhail Road from 4pm - 8pm.
