Newell Brown Hockey Inducted: 2006
After a short stint in the NHL with the Vancouver Canucks, and captaining the Canadian National team in 1985-86, Brown's coaching abilities began to surface. A successful AHL coaching career with the Adirondack Red Wings led to NHL stops in Detroit and Chicago. He is currently the assistant coach of the Anaheim Ducks, after serving four seasons in the same position with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
