Keith has had a long and prolific career, excelling in hockey, bowling, golf, softball and curling.

Since the mid 1950's, Keith has been on many championship teams, and was inducted into the Cornwall Sports Hall of Fame in 1988 for softball.

Keith has competed in provincial and national curling bonspiels, winning a national title with the Bill Dickey rink in the 1995 Canadian Senior's Curling Championship in St. John, New Brunswick.
