Troy excels in football and track & field. This Long Sault native has led General Vanier on the football field as a running back, and now competes for CCVS. As a sprinter, Troy has represented his school and track club both regionally and provincially. In 2005, he finished 15th in the 400 metre hurdles at the All - Ontario High School Track & Field meet. The Cornwall Legion Cougar Track & Field Club has recently name Troy as co-winner of the 'Cougar of the Year" award for 2006.
