Council Declares Surplus Lands on Barnhart Drive

On March 25, 2026, Council of the Township of South Stormont declared the following as surplus and hereby gives notice of their intention to sell the property described as Reference Plan 52R-8957 being; Parts 1,2,3,4, Barnhart Drive (key map below).

Should you wish to make a submission regarding the proposal, please forward comments to the Planning Department at PO Box 84, Long Sault, ON, K0C 1P0, or via email to swheeler@southstormont.ca prior to April 15, 2026.

Following consideration of comments received, Council will consider the necessary by-law at a subsequent meeting date.
