Due to the recent and expected dry conditions resulting in elevated fire risks, the Fire Chief has implemented a Burn Ban, effective immediately.

Until further notice, all outdoor burning activities are prohibited.

The Fire Chief will continue to monitor weather conditions and we will advise when it is safe to burn.

Road Constructions and Closures

Hunter's Road will be closed from Goldfield Road and Witteveen Road from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 11 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15th for a major culvert replacement.

Detour routes will be in place and clearly marked.
