Notice of Committee of Adjustment Hearing - July 6th, 2026

A Committee of Adjustment Hearing will be held on Monday, July 6th, 2026, at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers.

The following application is scheduled to be heard:

A-2026-07: 17040 Myers Rd

To obtain relief from section 10.1 (b)(iv) of Zoning By-Law #2011-100 and permit the following:

• Reduce the Side Yard Setback for a single detached dwelling in the Agricultural Zone from 5 metres to 3 metres.
