Notice of Committee of Adjustment Hearing - October 13th, 2026
A Committee of Adjustment Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, at 5:00 pm in Council Chambers.
The following applications are scheduled to be heard:
A-2026-09: 6 Forrester Way
To obtain relief from sections 2.5 and 2.12 of Fence By-Law #2024-016 and permit the encroachment of the proposed fence over a Township Easement for Drain Maintenance and Access.
A-2026-10: 4912 County Road 12
To obtain relief from section 3.34(d) of Zoning By-Law #2011-100 and permit the establishment of a shipping container in the Hamlet Private Services - First (RH1) Zone.
A-2026-11: 17490 Cameron Road
To obtain relief from section 3.8(i) of Zoning By-Law #2011-100 and permit the establishment of a second entrance for a secondary unit on a lot that is not a corner lot.
A-2026-12: 17159 Cornwall Centre Road
To obtain relief from section 7.4(b) of Zoning By-Law #2011-100 and reduce the minimum lot frontage from 45 metres to 6 metres in the Rural Industrial (MR) Zone to facilitate the establishment of two new rural industrial lots.
