Committee of Adjustment Meeting: Monday, August 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

An Committee of Adjustment Meeting will be held on Monday, August 11th, 2025, at 6:00 pm.

The following applications are scheduled to be heard:

A-2025-03: 45 Vin Vista Drive

To obtain relief from section 3.1.1 (g) of Zoning By-Law #2011-100 and permit the following:

  1. Increase the Maximum Building Height from 3 meters to 3.63 meters for an accessory building within the required yard for a main use on a property adjacent to Hoople Bay.

A-2025-04: 18148 County Rd 44

To obtain relief from sections 3.10 (b) and (g), and section 10.2 (g) of Zoning By-Law #2011-100 and permit the following:

  1. Permit a home industry located in accessory buildings with a cumulative area of 375 square meters and permit an unlit sign up to 2 square meters in size.
  2. Permit a maximum building height of 7.32 meters for an accessory building
