A Committee of Adjustment Hearing will be held on Monday, August 17th, 2026, at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers.

The following application is scheduled to be heard:

A-2026-8: 3904 County Rd 12

To obtain relief from Section 3.29(e) and Section 3.34(d) of Zoning By-law No. 2011-100 to:

1. Reduce the minimum setback for a septic tank and tile field from the high-water mark of a municipal drain from 30 metres to 15.6 metres; and

2. Permit a shipping container as an accessory building in an Institutional (I) Zone.
