Meals on Wheels - A hot meal delivery service to your home will assist you in meeting your nutritional needs. Meals are delivered by volunteers who provide social contact on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Congregate Dining/Social Recreation - Diners' Club meals are offered in a community social setting on pre-arranged days (see monthly newsletter) to encourage social interaction and well-being. Recreation activities such as exercise, yoga, walking groups, line dancing, cards, writing group, music jam sessions, craft & coffee clubs are regularly scheduled throughout the month.
Foot Care - Weekly clinics are held and home visits can be scheduled (appointments are required). This service is provided by a nurse specializing in foot care.
Wellness Care – Bimonthly clinic (appointments required) help clients manage their health with monitoring, education, and referrals. Blood pressure check, blood glucose monitoring, oxygen percentage / pulse, medication review, B12 injections, and more by a Registered Nurse.
Transportation - An accessible car / van service driven by volunteers/staff for non-urgent medical appointments.
