Ice rentals are available annually from September to April. *Please Note: The ice is removed the first week of May to prepare for the summer programs. The arena floor is available June to mid-August for ball hockey, lacrosse, roller hockey, and community events. The facility offers six change rooms, the John Cleary Meeting Room, a canteen, and the office of the South Stormont Parks and Recreation Department. Skating Birthday Celebrations and Room Rental

Planning a birthday celebration, small gathering or group activity? Make the John Cleary Room at the Long Sault Arena part of the fun!

The room accommodates up to 20 people and can be booked before, during and after one of our free skating sessions, giving your group a place to gather while enjoying some time on the ice. Please note that tables and chairs are available in the room and may be arranged to suit your needs. Renters are responsible for bringing their own cups, plates, cutlery, tablecloths, and any other event supplies, as these are not provided. Pre-booking is required. 

Room Rental: $30 per hour, HST included

For use of the John Cleary Memorial Room before, during, or after Free Skate, select “Request to Rent the Long Sault Arena” and specify John Cleary Room in the request details.
