Inspections

Inspections are required at various stages during construction. The cost of standard inspections are covered in the cost of your permit. If a repeat inspection is required, additional fees may be applicable. 

Please refer to your building permit to determine what inspections are required. 

You do not need to be present at the time of inspections, as long as the inspector has access to what needs to be inspected. Please be advised, the red-stamped drawing package must be onsite for the inspection to take place.
