Discover the convenience of South Stormont's Pre-Authorized Payment Plans for Water and Wastewater services. Residents wishing to take advantage of these voluntary payment plans to have water and/or sewer payments automatically withdrawn from their bank account have two options to choose from. 

Residents on pre-authorized payment plans will still receive a bi-monthly water bill, which will indicate that payment is not required as the resident is registered for pre-authorized payments. Please retain your bills for your records. 

Option 1 - Equal Payment Plan (Monthly)

• 12-month plan (September - August)
• Payments automatically deducted from your account on the 15th of each month. 
• Provides for 11 equal payments based on the estimated annual bill, plus a reconciliation payment or credit based on actual water and/or wastewater charges and payments to date. This plan is offered to Residential customers only. 

Option 2 - Withdrawn on Due Date (Bi-Monthly)

• Withdrawn on due date (approximately January, March, May, July, September and November)
• Payments are automatically deducted from your account on the due date of each bill. 
• The total amount owing will be deducted on the due date appearing on the bill.
