Valade Road Closure Beginning May 31

Please take notice that Valade Road at the Raisin River Bridge is planned to close as of Monday, May 31, 2021. 

The closure, which is required to repair the Raisin River Bridge, will be in effect for approximately 10 weeks. A detour route will be in place via County Road 18 and will be marked with appropriate signage.

401 On Ramp Closures - Week of November 25

The Township has been made aware of two closures the week of November 25th at the 401 interchange at Moulinette Road. 

Monday, November 25

On Monday, November 25th, the 401 Eastbound On Ramp at Moulinette Road will be closed until approximately 4:10 p.m. 

 Wednesday, November 27

The Township has been advised that the 401 Westbound On Ramp at Power Dam Rd. Exit 786 will be closed for a 9.15 hr± period starting at 7:10 am Wednesday, November 27th. 

401 Westbound On and Off Ramp Closure at Moulinette Road - July 17

he Township has been advised that the 401 Westbound Off and On ramp at Moulinette Rd. Exit 778 will be closed for 12-hour period starting at 5:30am Wednesday, July 17th.

Power Dam 401 Westbound On Ramp Closure - October 23 - 27

Please be advised the Township of South Stormont has received the following information.

The 401 Power Dam Drive Exit 796 Westbound On Ramp will be closed starting at 7:15am Monday, October 23rd to 3:00pm Friday, October 27th.

Road Closures: Atchison Road May 31 and June 1

Please be advised of the following upcoming road closures:

• Atchison Road will be closed from the intersection of Richmond Drive and Atchison Road – 16772 Atchison Road on Wednesday, May 31 from 9:00am – 3:00pm for culvert replacements. Local traffic only will be permitted.

• Atchison Road will be closed from 16772 Atchison Road – the intersection of Atchison Road and County Road 33 (Power Dam Drive) on Thursday, June 1 from 9:00am – 3:00pm for culvert replacements. Local traffic only will be...
