It is not always easy to get the information you need regarding what to do if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. As vaccinations have continued to be administered throughout the province, an updated flow chart has been released to easily identify what steps you should take should you be considered a high risk contact.

Deadline Extended for New Round of Regional Incentives Program Funding

The intake period for the next round of the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Regional Incentives Program has been extended. Applications to the program, which is funded by SDG and administered cooperatively by the Counties and participating local municipalities, can be submitted until Aug. 31 at noon.

South Stormont Donates 100-Acre Wetland to RRCA

Landowners in the Raisin Region Conservation Authority (RRCA)’s watershed jurisdiction who are interested in adding life to idle land by planting over 500 trees on their properties can take advantage of the RRCA’s full-service tree planting program. BOIL WATER ADVISORY FOR INGLESIDE LIFTED

Please be aware that the Boil Water Advisory for the villages of Ingleside and Osnabruck Centre issued on June 27, 2021 has been lifted by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit. 

The most recent water samples indicate that the water is now potable and safe to drink.
