The Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) will conduct a Hearing by Video Conference for this matter.

PARTY OR PARTICIPANT STATUS REQUESTS:

Persons who wish to participate in the hearing, either as a party or as a participant, must file a written status request with the Tribunal to outline their interest in the proceeding.  Party and Participant Status Requests Forms (available at: https://olt.gov.on.ca/appeals-process/forms/) must be filed in advance of the hearing by emailing Paul De Medeiros, Case Coordinator: paul.demedeiros@ontario.ca.

Status requests will be reviewed and considered by the presiding Member at the hearing. Attendance by the requestor, or their representative, at the hearing is required for all status requests.
