Back to SearchCouncil of the Township of South Stormont declares the following as surplus and hereby gives notice of their intention to permanently close and sell the property to an adjoining landowner:
That part of the road allowance between Lots 18 and 19, Concession 4, being Part 4 on 52R-2626, save and except Part 1 on 52R-6322, geographic Township of Cornwall, now Township of South Stormont, being PIN 60220-0136, approximately 0.675 acres +/-. The road allowance is located immediately west of 5710 Power Dam Drive.
Should you wish to make a submission, either in favour of or in opposition to the proposal, please forward comments to the Deputy Clerk at PO Box 84, Long Sault, ON, K0C 1P0, or via email to ashley@southstormont.ca prior to April 30, 2024. Following consideration of comments received, Council will consider the necessary by-law on May 8, 2024, or on a subsequent meeting date.
