We have something to offer for every fitness level and age group. One on one personal training with an ISSA certified trainer. Gym members have 24/7 key access that allows you to workout on your own schedule.

Sole Strength - Mindful Movement 

Weekly live classes through Zoom as well as 50+ prerecorded, on demand classes through Vimeo and YouTube. Classes are Yoga Tune Up and Restorative Yin, suitable for almost all levels and ages.

OUTDOOR / IN PERSON

Live outdoor group yoga and movement classes on Wednesday and Friday mornings in Long Sault. All ages and abilities.
